THURSDAYS NOV 5, 12 & 19 AT 18.00-19.00:
SALSA LADY STYLING ON1
This is an online salsa class where you dance individually to improve your latin body movement, rhythmics and musicality which you will benefit from a lot also when dancing with a partner. During the class you will learn a short choreography based on salsa music, incorporating technique, body movement, arm styling and more! Great focus will be on finding flow in the movements, rhythmics and not the least joy of dancing!
LEVEL: The level is open but you need good fundamentals to be able to build on them. Other dance experience also works, as long as you easily can adapt to new styles.
INSTRUCTOR: Susie Häggqvist. She is a passionate dancer, instructor and also one of the founders of Sinclairs Sabor Latino Dance Academy. She has been dancing since she was young and has a long list of merits both in show – and competition in Latin American dance, that she loves!
SUNDAYS NOV 8 & 15 AT 17.30-18.30:
SALSA LADY STYLING ON2
This is an online dance class where you dance individually to improve your body movement, control and capacity. During the class you will learn a choreography based on mambo/salsa On2, incorporating technique, body movement, arm styling and more! Great focus will be on finding flow in the movements, rhythmics and not the least joy of dancing!
LEVEL: For this class, you need good salsa fundamentals and preferably you should have danced salsa and should have tried to dance On2 before and be able to build on your knowledge. Other dance experience also works, as long as you easily can adapt to new styles.
